2. Role of public information
The website content is informational and commercial. Submitting a form does not automatically create a contract or reserve a delivery period. A project begins only after qualification, acceptance of the applicable documents, agreed payment and complete onboarding.
3. Price and scope
The €499 Business price is a pilot condition and is reconfirmed before a proposal is issued, including against the applicable tax status. Limits on pages, services, language, revision and integrations form part of the product; additional functionality is quoted separately.
4. Delivery and materials
The published two-business-day delivery period starts after complete onboarding: deposit, content, approvals, materials, usage rights and access. Delays caused by the client or third-party providers suspend the delivery period to the extent that they block delivery.
5. Ownership and portfolio
The domain and client assets remain under the client’s control, subject to the proposal and contract. A project is published in the FiraCode portfolio only with an accurately described role and the necessary permission; we do not publish confidential commercial data or unverified results.
6. Limits of promises
We do not guarantee a Google ranking, an absolute score, a number of leads or a conversion rate. Third-party integrations may have their own outages and policies. The technical warranty covers implementation defects during the contractually agreed period and conditions, not unlimited changes.
7. Governing law and updates
Contractual relationships are governed by the accepted documents and Romanian law. We may update this page to reflect the product and infrastructure without retroactively changing an existing contract.
