A digital system comprising a public Next.js platform for services and enquiries and a private CRM for projects, teams and operations.
The business and the challenge
electroVerde is the electrical and photovoltaic services company founded and operated by Ionuț Francisc, with distinct journeys for homeowners, companies and B2B partners.
Acquisition, technical content, forms and measurement need to connect with internal projects and processes while strictly separating public information from private operational data.
02 / Role and approach
Founder and product owner, digital strategy, Next.js and Supabase architecture, website and CRM implementation, automation and release governance.
We separated the public platform from the operational application, then defined controlled contracts for enquiries, authentication, roles, data, integrations and promotion between development and production.
